1. Service Agreement
   By engaging Eazyvoice for services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Our services are tailored to meet your specific business needs, and pricing is based on the agreed scope of work.

2. Confidentiality
   Eazyvoice ensures the confidentiality of all client data and information shared during the course of the service. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information unless disclosure is required by law.

3. Payment Terms
   All payments for services must be made in accordance with the pricing plan agreed upon at the beginning of the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as stipulated in the agreement.

4. Termination Policy
   Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In case of early termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will be due immediately.

5. Liability
   Eazyvoice will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

6. Service Availability
   While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Eazyvoice is not responsible for downtime due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with Indian jurisdiction.
